DNUG/DACHNUG IS going on this week, and HCL have had a couple of very interesting announcements,
The first (chronologically) is Domino 10.0.1 FP8 is out. This contains a series of low risk, high impact fixes, and should be applied ASAP to anyone on that release.
The second is the announcement about the end of support for v.9 and v/10 of Domino.
This was indicated at Engage, is welcome news and it still gives people plenty of time to upgrade. The main consideration people may have here is around XWorks server, and anyone should contact their local business partner around this.
The third is hot off the press and that’s the second drop of early access for Domino Danube 12.0.2 is available on flexnet. This is again a server only release, but again is a full release.(rather than “just” via containers).
See Ulrich Krause’s blog for more details of what’s new in Domino in this release.
There’s more for Traveler too.
HCL are delivering as promised it’s only a few weeks since the last drop.
